Hosting your event with SatxFiesta.com makes it simple to get started creating, promoting, and overseeing your event without any cost. You can publish events with unlimited tickets at no charge.

Yes, it can be done when creating or editing your ticket listing.

Tickets are emailed to users once they are purchased.

We have 3 payout types.

  • ACH: Takes 2-3 business days to receive with no fees
  • ACH Express: Takes 1 business day but has a 2% fee
  • PayPal: Has a 3.5% fee

Yes, you can list any external links, even if tickets aren’t sold on our platform.

  • Create a registered account for each person scanning tickets.
  • Add their username to your staff list in the ticket menu.
  • Give them access to your listing.
  • Instruct them to click on “Manage Event.”
  • Enter the last 5 characters of the QR code to check attendees in or do it manually.

 

Users

Under “My Account” you can see a list of tickets under “Tickets Received” You will also receive an Email of the ticket you purchased or registered for.

Click on “Register,” input your email, and you’re done. You can also use your social media accounts to register for an account.
